4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription plans are available at the prices listed on our pricing page. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is required before service activation. Subscriptions are for the duration specified at purchase and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.

You agree to use VodBolt services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share your subscription credentials without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with our systems
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Record, redistribute, or publicly display streamed content

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.

7. Content

VodBolt acts as a technology service provider. Channel availability may vary and is subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel or content at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

VodBolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the current subscription period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services. Upon termination, your access to VodBolt services will be immediately revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
